Medicine For Madmen are a DIY rock band from the north west of England, the result of the three original members - Phil Morris (X/Twitter, Youtube), James Todd (Youtube) and Kit Pounder - meeting at an open mic night.

The band first found no fame in 2011, when they gigged the local area and recorded the 11/1/11 EP in James's flat, to no critical acclaim.

A brief revival in 2014 as a four piece band, fronted by Phil, cemented their reputation as rock n roll nobodies.

The band are back in 2024, currently as a duo comprising two of the original members - Phil doing the wailing and twanging, and Kit thumping the tubs.

Older, fatter and uglier - but possibly wiser - this pair of middle-aged working class noise merchants are back for one last (rock and) roll of the dice.
